_Urban Veggucation was born in Southeast North Charleston, SC and offers residential and commercial edible landscape services.  We use sustainable urban agriculture techniques to bring the farmers market to your doorstep. 

Through permaculture and xeriscape (landscape design style that employs native plants and mulch to minimize irrigation or other maintenance once established) practices, we create low maintenance food systems so clients in greater Charleston, SC can enjoy quality produce at home, church, school or at work. Urban Veggucation preaches and teaches chemical free garden practices that promote soil fertility and plant health to grow the city garden of your dreams!

January Issue Not Available til late February? Remedial is right!

Feb. 26, 2012 - Please cut this city chick some slack, starting a garden is soooo much easier than teaching yourself how to write and self-publish an e-book. While I wanted to distribute it  for free, it turns out that Kindle authors have to charge at least $.99 for their work.

Fortunately, as part of the marketing campaign for the e-book, I can promote free downloads for up to five days. So you can get a five finger discount of sorts and download the January issue for free between Monday, February 27th through Friday, March 2nd.  Honest e-book reviews on Amazon are greatly appreciated.

Get 'Veggucated' Testimonial...

The kids were very excited about the Children's Church study topic yesterday.  Especially Ariane.  She wanted to wet her [lemongrass] plant and rub it on TT to keep the mosquitoes from biting him. The night before he received a bite on his eye lid that was still a little swollen Sunday morning.
